    Lead times for Coomberry products typically range from 1 to 5 business days for processing and 3 to 5 business days shipping within South Africa. The express option for shipping is 1-3 business days. If you are working on a specific deadline, please do not hesitate to let us know either in the notes of your order or chat to us directly via info@coomberry.co.za and we will work with you. CUSTOM ORDERS: Depending on the complexity of design and the availability of materials we are able to turn around custom orders for you within 1-3 weeks (excluding shipping).
  • What is Coomberry's exchange policy?
    If you are not in love with your Coomberry, we offer an exchange or gift voucher. Please be aware all products are handmade & some variations occur (this is your Coomberry's own personality). Contact us at info@coomberry.co.za to log a return Exchange - shipping of old item back to us at own cost, we will ship your new item free of charge Returns for gift voucher - shipping at own cost Fault - once images are approved, items will be exchanged free of charge within 7 days If there has been an injury on your Berry - check out The Coomberry Hospital's Berry Care service on our site !

    Coomberry offers shipping within South Africa with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 business days. Postnet to Postnet - R109, Nationwide 3-5 Business days (Ensure you have entered your desired Postnet in the checkout process Standard Shipping - R85, Nationwide 3-5 Business days from pick up at Coomberry Express Shipping - R130, Nationwide 1-3 Business days from pick up at Coomberry Bob Box - R70, Nationwide 3-5 Business days from pick up at Coomberry Pick up - Free Centurion Gauteng, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up with a pick up address ONLY Coomberry Hospital Select this option only if booking your "Soft Friend" into the Coomberry Hospital via Berry Care At Coomberry we realise that your toys and goodies can become like family, therefore we offer a repair service for any injured Berries. This repair service is not limited to Coomberries only ... any loved soft friend is welcome to check into our Hospital !! If you would like to book this service you can take out "Berry Care" in Products.
  • Is payment secure on Coomberry?
    Yes, payment on Coomberry is secure. We use encrypted connections via YOCO for card payments to ensure the safety of your transactions who handles your payments with the utmost care. You can also chose to do a direct EFT payment via your own secure banking app/online portals.
  • How do custom orders work?
    Option 1: Contact us directly via our email info@coomberry.co.za Option 2: Use our website contact form and upload up to 3 images Option 3: Place it as an order & we will contact you: Place the "Custom Order" product into your cart Decide on your delivery method Make payment for delivery method up front We will then contact you to prompt us with your idea If you have any special notes please feel free to add them to the order up front - especially if it is a rush order Once any of the above methods have been completed the process is as follows: We will then evaluate the idea's possibility and availability of materials and come up with a quote and basic design for you. Here we can chat and tweak any necessary items Once you are happy with the quote & design a 50% deposit is payable before materials are bought /or cut We will have touch points throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the product Sometimes things need to change a little throughout the process e.g. to ensure balance in the mobile, these changes will be communicated and agreed on as we go Once your custom order is complete, final payment will be due and your custom Coomberry will be ready to be shipped to you or picked up !!
